About Karl
President Liaison Officer
Karl Halliwell has been an active tabler in Leigh-on-sea for six years, undertaking many roles in his own table including treasurer and chairman, and more recently being the regional rep for Essex and east London (region 15).
Karl is a carpenter by trade, currently working as a draughtsman for a bespoke company involved in multi million pound projects. Participating in negotiations between clients and architects has enabled Karl to develop good communication skills. These skills will help him in his role as President Liaison Officer, which will involve discussions and mediation between RT National board, Councils, and the national PLC team.
Karl is a proactive and dedicated tabler and is looking forward to the challenges and experiences this role and the year ahead will bring.
